Pro and Concierge tier subscribers receive enhanced AI capabilities including multi-scenario modeling and priority processing.
Is RetirePlusPlus available on mobile devices?
Yes, RetirePlusPlus is fully responsive and works on all modern browsers on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. We are also developing native mobile apps for iOS and Android, which will be available to Pro and Concierge subscribers first.

How do I create an account?

How do I reset my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support for assistance.
Does RetirePlusPlus support two-factor authentication?
Yes, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings. We support authenticator apps (TOTP) and email-based verification codes. Concierge subscribers also have access to hardware security key (FIDO2) authentication.

What subscription plans are available?
RetirePlusPlus offers four tiers: Free (basic access with limited features), Premium at $19/month (full financial planning and community access), Pro at $49/month (AI concierge, health tracking, advisor tools, and multi-scenario modeling), and Concierge at $199/month (everything in Pro plus priority support, custom reports, API access, and dedicated account manager).
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts are required.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers on any paid plan. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. After the guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Annual plan subscribers may receive prorated refunds for unused months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. Invoicing is available for Concierge enterprise accounts.
